Refund Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please let Heal with Sandhya know at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule a scheduled appointment once, subject to availability, at no additional charge. Any further request to reschedule the same appointment may be considered at the discretion of Heal with Sandhya and subject to availability.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. The fee for that scheduled session will ordinarily be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment. If you wish to book another session, it will be treated as a new booking and the applicable session fee will be payable.
Genuine exceptional or emergency circumstances may be considered by Heal with Sandhya on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival and No-Shows
If you arrive late or are unavailable at the scheduled start time, the session may still proceed if you are available within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. However, the session will normally end at the originally scheduled time, and the available session time may therefore be shorter.
If you remain unavailable for more than 15 minutes without communication, the appointment may ordinarily be treated as a no-show.
A client-caused late arrival does not entitle you to a partial refund or reduction in the session fee. The fee for a no-show appointment is ordinarily non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment, although Heal with Sandhya may make an exception where there are genuine exceptional circumstances.
If Heal with Sandhya causes a delay, we will aim to provide the full agreed session duration where reasonably possible.
Refunds
Fees for Reiki sessions that have already been provided are ordinarily non-refundable. A completed session is not refundable solely because you did not experience the result, sensation, change or benefit you expected.
If you discontinue a longer prepaid Reiki arrangement, any refund for future sessions that have not yet been provided will be determined according to the applicable cancellation notice.
If a session is stopped because of serious client conduct as described in our Terms and Conditions, the fee for that scheduled session will ordinarily be non-refundable. Any prepaid amount for future services that will no longer be provided will be refunded.
If Heal with Sandhya cancels a confirmed prepaid session, you may choose either to reschedule that session to another mutually agreed available date and time or to receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
Where a refund is due, Heal with Sandhya will normally process it within three business days.
This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable law.
