These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Heal with Sandhya website and, where applicable, to enquiries, bookings and Reiki services provided by Heal with Sandhya.
By using this website or booking a Reiki service with Heal with Sandhya, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or payment.
Our Reiki Services
Heal with Sandhya offers Reiki and energy healing services, including both in-person and distance sessions. The specific type of session or service will be discussed and agreed upon as part of the booking process.

Reiki and Medical Care
Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Heal with Sandhya does not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or recommend that you stop, delay or replace medical care. If you have a medical or mental health concern, you should seek appropriate guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Suitability and Client Information
To help determine whether and how a Reiki session can appropriately proceed, Heal with Sandhya may ask for relevant information about your circumstances, including health-related information where relevant to the session.
You are expected to provide information requested for this purpose honestly and accurately. Any health-related information you choose to share may be considered only for the purpose of Reiki session planning and does not involve medical diagnosis, interpretation of medical findings, medical advice or medical treatment.
Where a question requires medical or clinical judgement, you should seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Bookings and Appointment Confirmation
You may contact Heal with Sandhya to enquire about a Reiki session and discuss available dates and times. An enquiry or discussion about availability does not by itself confirm an appointment.
A booking is confirmed only after the date and time have been mutually agreed, the required advance payment has been received and verified by Heal with Sandhya, and you have received confirmation of the booking from us.
For longer daily Reiki arrangements where payment is made in advance for a shorter period at a time, only the agreed sessions covered by the payment received and confirmed by Heal with Sandhya are considered booked. Any subsequent sessions will be confirmed separately as the arrangement continues.
Fees and Payment
The applicable fee will be communicated to you before your booking is confirmed. For a single Reiki session, the full session fee is payable in advance.
For longer daily Reiki arrangements, payment may be made in advance for five-day periods. The first five-day period is paid in advance, and payment for each subsequent five-day period is made before that period begins. If you prefer, you may also pay the agreed fee for the full arrangement in advance.
Payments may be made using a payment method accepted and communicated by Heal with Sandhya. A payment is considered received only after it has been successfully received and verified by us. A payment screenshot or similar proof sent by the client does not by itself confirm receipt or a booking.
Client Conduct and Our Right to Decline or Discontinue Services
Clients are expected to communicate and behave respectfully and to maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with Heal with Sandhya.
Heal with Sandhya may decline a booking, stop a session, or discontinue current or future Reiki services where there is a reasonable concern relating to suitability, safety, client conduct, professional boundaries, or the appropriate scope of Reiki services.
Abusive, threatening, harassing, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise seriously inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted. Where a session is stopped because of such conduct, any refund will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Heal with Sandhya may also decline or discontinue Reiki services if a client expects Reiki to replace medical care or asks for advice, treatment or support that Heal with Sandhya does not provide as part of its Reiki services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Reiki experiences can vary from person to person, and Heal with Sandhya does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, improvement or change from a Reiki session or series of sessions.
Any information provided about Reiki or individual services is intended to explain the nature of the service and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of a specific outcome.
Website Information and Availability
We aim to keep the information on the Heal with Sandhya website clear, accurate and up to date. However, website content may be updated or changed from time to time, and we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.
Information about Reiki services on this website is provided for general information and to help you understand the services offered by Heal with Sandhya. The availability of a service, appointment date or time is subject to confirmation and may change.
Heal with Sandhya may update, change or discontinue website content or the availability of a service where reasonably necessary.
